What is it about pizza that makes us crave for it? Is
it the sight of oozing cheese, the juiciness of the overloaded toppings or the
aroma of a freshly baked crust? If you still can’t figure out what makes pizza so
irresistible, it’s probably because there is an art (and a science) to making the
best-tasting pizza.
For 48 years Greenwich Pizza has been reinventing and redesigning their pizzas, making sure that they only served the best. But I only experience the so-called "pizza epiphany" during Greenwich's pizza making camp where media and bloggers were able to flaunt their pizza making skills by recreating Greenwich's newest All-In Overload Pizza.
